The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Steal the Quarra Blood Potion.
1 of 3: Once you do the kill a Telvanni target quest, talk to Omayn again to learn that she wants the Quarra Blood Potion.
2 of 3: You may already have gotten it in the Clan Berne quest steal the Quarra Blood Potion. If so, you'll have to get if off of Raxle Berne via pickpocketing or assassination. If not, then see the Berne quest for how to get it (just remember to bring it to Omayn instead of Berne).
3 of 3: Omayn will give you a flawed Dwemer jinksword as a reward.
