About These Lists
- Each hint section below is a list of all the items that have certain spells as constant effects on them. I don't have a list for every spell type in the game, but I've done lists for what I feel are the most useful spells to have as constant effects.
Each list has every item in Morrowind that has that list's spell effect as a constant effect. Not all the items are equally good, so I note the magnitude of the effect as well as where the item is so you can find it. At the bottom of some lists will be a few items that have the same effect in a powerful "Cast When Used" form ("powerful" meaning 50 points or more).
NOTE: Items with multiple constant effects are listed in each category they go in, and only the current category's effect is specified. However, if an item has negative constant effects to deal with (like the Boots of Blinding Speed and their Blind 100% effect), it will have two asterisks (**) immediately following the item name.
