The Man Who Spoke to Slaughterfish
  • 1 of 5: Legionnaire Din is a bit mad from a Slaughterfish bite he received. Find him at location 12 on the Gnisis map. Note that he's on top of a large hill.
  • 2 of 5: Talk to him about "catch some Slaughterfish" and then "muddled" to get a list of your options here.
  • 3 of 5: If you don't have a spell that can cure common disease on another, you'll want to go get one. It's a lot easier than trying to lead him all the way to the Gnisis Temple.
  • 4 of 5: The best way to get such a spell is to go to the Gnisis Temple by yourself and use the Shrine of the Mask to get the Vivec's Touch spell. Doing this is the "Grace of Justice" segment of the Temple's starting quest, anyway.
  • 5 of 5: Once you have the Vivec's Touch spell, go cast it on Din to cure him and get a reward of 30 gold and a disposition increase with the Imperial Legion.
