The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Vandacia's Bounty
of 8: Gro-Aglakh's quests are now getting far more explicitly dirty and Cammona Tong-related.
of 8: His next one is to go kill Adraria Vandacia, who's in Seyda Neen.
of 8: If you consult Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Fighters Guild about this one, he'll advise you to not do it. If you don't, you'll never be able to finish gro-Aglakh's quest series.
of 8: Should you decide to go through with it, you'll find Vandacia on the upper floor of the Census and Excise Warehouse building in Seyda Neen's village.
of 8: You can get up to her room either by unlocking the warehouse's ground-level door and going up the stairs, or by levitating up to the balcony above the door you went in at the very beginning of the game.
of 8: There's no dialogue option that will get her to attack you, so the best thing to do is taunt her into attacking you. See my Advanced Taunting Tips if you need help with that.
of 8: If you had to do something that gets you a bounty, leave quickly before the local guards can catch up with you, then get to one of the Thieves Guild's bounty removal guys and get your bounty erased (or hide your stolen goods and pay the fine to a guard).
of 8: Once that's taken care of, return to gro-Aglakh to get 500 gold.
