How can I convince him?
  • 1 of 5: Don't bother offering payment or service -- that won't impress Bagarn any.
  • 2 of 5: Instead, plead with him on the basis of your reputation.
  • 3 of 5: This will work if you have at least 20 Reputation points.
  • 4 of 5: If you don't, you can instead show him Vivec's copies of "Dagoth Ur's Plans" and "The Plan to Defeat Dagoth Ur" (which are available in the same room that you killed Vivec in).
  • 5 of 5: If you fail to convince him on your first try, you can just talk to him about "Kagrenac's Journals" and "Kagrenac's Planbook" to skip the whole "convincing" part and move on with the quest.
