1 of 3: You can get an armorer's hammer from the anvil and several neat weapons from nearby rocky ledges.
2 of 3: There's also another Rising Force potion hiding near the ledge with the Armorer skill books.
3 of 3: On some higher-up ledges that you have to Levitate up to, there are some cool items such as a Daedric Face of Terror helm, a pair of Dwemer Boots of Flying, and a rare skill book entitled "Last Scabbard of Akrash."
