The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
A Contact in the Dark Brotherhood
1 of 7: You can get these quests from Eno Hlaalu, the Morag Tong Grandmaster and sign-up guy, by talking to him about "special duties" after you achieve the rank of Thrall.
2 of 7: Your first quest regards the Dark Brotherhood, a hated splinter faction of the Morag Tong. (Note that this quest is listed as a Mages Guild quest in the game's quest journal, but that's just a typoe.)
3 of 7: Hlaalu directs you to Miun-Gei in the enchanter's shop in Vivec's Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks area.
4 of 7: To get Miun-Gei to turn over his contact's name, you'll first have to raise his disposition to 70.
5 of 7: Or you can skip him and steal his letter from Tsrazami, which is on the chest of drawers in his bedroom. (Or in later patched versions of the game, it's *inside* the chest of drawers, which are locked at level 80.)
6 of 7: Either way, you'll now know that Tsrazami is his Dark Brotherhood contact, and you can report that to Hlaalu.
7 of 7: You can also go talk to Tsrazami in the Foreign Quarter Plaza and get him to meet with Hlaalu if his disposition is 90 or higher.
