The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Get another Dwemer blueprint.
1 of 7: This, Elbert's final quest, has you going to the Dwemer ruin called Bethamez to find a parchment with plans for a Dwemer airship on it.
2 of 7: As Elbert tells you, the only way to get into Bethamez is to travel to Gnisis and enter its eggmine.
3 of 7: Go to the Lower Mines area and find the door that leads to Bethamez.
4 of 7: It's only a small area with most of the monsters already dead, so it'll be no problem to find the table with the plans on it and take them.
5 of 7: Also, look under the table to find the book "Divine Metaphysics." It's the last one needed for the find out why the dwarves disappeared quest.
6 of 7: Return to Elbert with the airship plans to turn them over and finish her quests.
7 of 7: You can talk to her about "duties" one more time to have her tell you to talk to Trebonius about not being Arch-Mage anymore. You can now talk to Trebonius about "Arch-Mage," but he'll challenge you to a duel in the Arena, and that's not the best way to become Arch-Mage.
