1 of 6: After you've finished the "Dredil's Delivery" quest and the "Enchanter's Rats" quest, you can talk to Bolrin in the East Empire Company Hall in Ebonheart about "further assistance" and "information gathering" to get this quest.
2 of 6: Go back to Audenian Valius' shop in the Telvanni Waistworks and search his back room for the list.
3 of 6: It's on a shelf under a small chest.
4 of 6: However, save your game before you take it. It's enchanted to summon a Hunger (a powerful Daedra) if someone steals it.
5 of 6: It's probably best to just run or teleport away instead of trying to fight the creature.
