Larrius Varro Tells a Little Story
  • 1 of 11: Larrius Varro, who's inside the Moonmoth Legion Fort, gives you this quest if you talk to him about work. (To get "work" as a dialogue option, you may have to talk to him more than once.)
  • 2 of 11: After you mention "work" to him, choose "little story," "bad people," "bloodbath," and "nice present" to learn more.
  • 3 of 11: He says (very indirectly) that you're to locate and kill five particular Camonna Tong members who've been getting away with crimes via bribery and corruption.
  • 4 of 11: He also says to talk to the Thieves Guild people about it.
  • 5 of 11: Go to the South Wall Cornerclub in Balmora City and get someone's disposition up to 50 (or just 30 if you're a guild member) and ask them about "bad people."
  • 6 of 11: It turns out that your targets are all of the people inside the Council Club except for the proprietor, Banor Seran.
  • 7 of 11: This will be tough, especially since three of them are together in the same room, and will attack together. Make sure you're fully rested, have the best equipment you can get, and all that.
  • 8 of 11: TIP: Taunt them into attacking you so you don't get a bounty for killing them. See my Advanced Taunting Tips if you need help doing this.
  • 9 of 11: Once you manage to kill them all, be sure to loot all their bodies plus all the now-unwatched rooms.
  • 10 of 11: As you head back to the fort to report, be careful to avoid all the guards in Balmora City and at the fort. You've got a big enough bounty on you after killing all those guys (if you do it all at once and don't pay the bounty between killings) for the guards to run after you on sight. (NOTE: This doesn't apply if you were able to taunt all of the Council Club guys into attacking you.)
  • 11 of 11: When you make it back to Varro, report success to get the legendary Ring of Surroundings, a Reputation increase, and your bounty erased (or a skill book if you have no bounty to erase). Pretty good for a misc. quest, huh?
