Find Fedris Tharen
  • 1 of 8: Sarano's next quest is to find a pilgrim who got lost on his way to the Koal Cave.
  • 2 of 8: Travel to Gnisis and ask around to learn that Fedris Tharen has already started out for the cave.
  • 3 of 8: Koal Cave is at location 28 on the Gnisis map, so start your search in that area.
  • 4 of 8: You'll find Tharen next to a tree along a path NE of the cave entrance.
  • 5 of 8: He'll say he's too sick to go anywhere and will ask you to report his location so a healer can be sent to help him.
  • 6 of 8: You can go tell Sarano this now, or you can heal Tharen yourself for a better reward.
  • 7 of 8: Either talk to him and hand over a Cure Common Disease potion, or cast a spell on him that will cure disease on a target. Such a spell can be gotten from the Gnisis Temple.
  • 8 of 8: After he's healed, report back to Sarano to complete the quest.
