The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Notes and Extras
1 of 5: There's lots of gold to be stolen in Dren's Villa on the Dren Plantation. Some of it is in sacks, and some is sitting on a locked desk (and a lot more of it is inside the locked desk). There are also some truly awesome items on the shelf next to Orvas Dren, but it's really hard to steal them without getting caught unless you hide behind a post and use the Telekinesis spell (which you can buy in the Ald'ruhn Mages Guild).
2 of 5: There's a Sword of White Woe hiding under the beds on the top floor of the Guard Tower in Suran. There's a guard nearby, so go into Sneak mode to take it. Also, go find an identical twin sword in Balmora City's Eastern Guard Tower.
3 of 5: TIP: If you can't sneak well enough to get the above-mentioned sword, you could try the same routine that I mention for the other Sword of White Woe in Balmora's Notes and Extras, but you'd have to go further to get your bounty removed. You could instead drop all your stolen items and pay the fine to a guard outside the tower, or you could attack the guard inside the tower and decoy him away by running downstairs, then double back and grab the sword when he can't see you.
4 of 5: Mebestien Ence in Pelagiad has a lot of armor and weapons that you can steal and sell to Uulernil next door and Shadbak gra-Burbug in the fort. You can position yourself so that you can steal the stuff on his counter and in his unlocked chest without being seen.
5 of 5: One fast way to get to Pelagiad if you're in the Vivec region is to head just a little ways north of Vivec's Foreign Quarter and cast Divine Intervention.
