Find a Dark Brotherhood contact.
1 of 5: You can get these quests from Eno Hlaalu, the Morag Tong Grandmaster and sign-up guy, by talking to him about "special duties" after you achieve the rank of Thrall.
2 of 5: Your first quest regards the Dark Brotherhood, a hated splinter faction of the Morag Tong.
3 of 5: Hlaalu directs you to Miun-Gei in the enchanter's shop in Vivec's Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks area.
4 of 5: To get Miun-Gei to turn over his contact's name, either raise his disposition to 70 or skip him and steal his letter from Tsrazami, which is on the chest of drawers in his bedroom.
5 of 5: Either way, you'll now know that Tsrazami is his Dark Brotherhood contact, and you can report that to Hlaalu.
