What will that matching device do for me?
1 of 4: Look down and toward the water and you'll also see a wheel that you can turn.
2 of 4: Turn it several times in the same direction to see what happens.
3 of 4: A dome in the water will rotate.
4 of 4: Eventually, a light will shine from that dome, onto the device like the one in front of the door, and then onto the yellow-tipped post.
