Myst IV: Revelation Hints
I don't find Achenar anywhere.
1 of 4: You will see Achenar in two places. The first is at the beginning of this age, where the path splits into three possibilities. This time, you won't be able to talk to Achenar. Continue to the village to see him a second time.
2 of 4: Once you've found the entrance to the village, where Anya rings the bell, continue forward from this place eight more times. There will be a couple of places where paths split off to one side or another -- ignore these to continue forward.
3 of 4: You should end up at a round stone area, with a choice of two directions. To the left, and down closer to the water, or to the right, towards a higher path. The path to the right is the one you should choose.
4 of 4: After you climb the stairs, you'll see Achenar climbing out of a ravine. He will tell you a few things -- including information about finding his journal.
