Myst IV: Revelation Hints
Just tell me the solution!
1 of 8: Label the columns (from left to right) from A to H, and the rows (from top to bottom) from 1 to 6. Thus, the square in the top left corner would be called A1, the square in the bottom left corner would be called A6; the square in the top right corner would be called H1, and the square in the bottom right corner would be H6; etc. If you make a mistake partway through the solution, and need to start over, simply press the red button under the puzzle to cover the puzzle, then press it again to uncover it.
2 of 8: The first square to touch is in the second column (from the top), and the second row (from the left): B2.
3 of 8: The next square to touch is A5 (first column, fifth row).
4 of 8: The next square is C4.
5 of 8: The next square is D4. This should complete the left side of the pattern.
6 of 8: Touch F3.
7 of 8: Touch F6.
8 of 8: Touch H5. Once this last one is touched, the elevator should be automatically activated.
