How do I translate the animal information into the five symbols?

  • 1 of 7: Remember the map of Haven?  The map shows where each of the five animals live. 
  • 2 of 7: Each of those five areas also happens to be the location of a totem pole.
  • 3 of 7: Make careful note of which animal types you find near each of the totem poles.
  • 4 of 7: In most cases, you can simply observe which animals commonly move around the area.
  • 5 of 7: In the case of the totem by the ship, you won't see any live animals nearby.
  • 6 of 7: Instead, you'll have to make note of the type of skeleton nearby. 
  • 7 of 7: Once you know which animals inhabit which areas, you can associate that animal with a specific totem pole -- and a specific symbol.
