Myst V: End of Ages Hints
Is there any way back in that cave once I've left?
1 of 5: Yes.
2 of 5: You'll need to climb the ladder just outside the cave to get there.
3 of 5: You don't need to have your slate with you when you get to the top of the ladder for now -- just make sure you can reach that pedestal.
4 of 5: When you're there, you should see a glowing symbol on the base of the pedestal (just below where the slate would rest if you had it). That symbol looks just like the slate, and just like the same symbol that brought you here from Direbo.
5 of 5: Press it, and you'll be returned to the pedestal inside the cave, where you first arrived.
