Nancy Drew: Ransom of the Seven Ships Hints
What is there to look at in here?
of 13: A lot, actually. Examine everything and read through everything; you never know what might be important.
of 13: When you are facing George, look to your right on the wall. There's a map of the island. You'll need this once you have fixed the golf cart.
of 13: On the left of the front desk is a locked closet that says "Diving Supplies." You won't be diving right away, but you need to get into it for something else anyway.
of 13: Inside the closet you'll find two things to take and one thing to look at.
of 13: In the top left hand corner you will find some walkie talkies that you can use to communicate with George, which in this game means being George.
of 13: You should also take the scuba gear, which you'll be using a lot. Notice that this closet also has a device that will let you refill your air tank, which you'll need to do at least three or four times.
of 13: Finally, in the right hand corner is a map of the world with red markers on them; look at it to get a comment from Nancy. Creepy!
of 13: When you've turned around from the closet, look to the right and you'll see a table that has information on the local bats, birds, and monkeys of the island. Next to the bird and bat display is a little device labeled "Bat Seeker." It's broken now, and you can bet that means you'll need to fix it eventually.
of 13: Above the display table is a chart labeled "International Nautical Flags." You don't need to memorize it, but remember that it's here if you run across any of these flags.
of 13: Turn around from the table and go straight and you will find a little end table with a basket of books and a sign that says "Book Exchange." You can only read one book here: "In Search of the Seven Virtues Fleet."
of 13: Once you've read the book, go back and turn right until you see a parrot.
of 13: There are two exits out of the resort lobby: one leads to the docks where you will find a sailboat, and the other leads to the shed and the golf cart.
