How do I keep from being caught by Paige at night?
1 of 4: This can happen at any time when you're roaming around after hours (that is, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.). If you hear someone talking, she's nearby, so get ready to scoot!
2 of 4: When you hear someone talking at night, turn around and head in the opposite direction. You may be able to get into another room and avoid her altogether.
3 of 4: If you're too far away from a room you can hide in, look for spots where your cursor turns into a blue silhouette of Nancy. (See the book "How To Be A Detective" in the intro screen if you want to know what this looks like.) Click there, and Nancy will hide till Paige goes away again.
4 of 4: All in all, though, don't panic about it too much. The worst that can happen is you'll get 5 demerits and be sent back to your room. That's bad, but you can always make it up, and it takes 15 demerits to expel you, so getting caught one time will not usually be fatal.
