How do I get scented things from people?
1 of 5: You need something from each suspect -- something they have handled, but which they won't miss if you take it. So the slippers are out (as smelly as they are).
2 of 5: How about the towels you throw down the laundry chute every day?
3 of 5: When you go to pick up the towels in the morning, Nancy will put aside one washcloth from every room where there are towels to collect; they'll be labeled in inventory with the initials of the person they belong to, so you don't need to try to remember which towels belong to which guest.
4 of 5: There are two problems with this: not everyone leaves dirty towels for you to pick up every day, and it doesn't give you a towel for Ollie (who is apparently sleeping in his truck, since he doesn't have a room at the lodge).
5 of 5: For the second problem, Ollie may not have towels (since he apparently never bathes), but he does have a red rag he uses in his workshop. Go down there some time when he's not around (like the middle of the night, or when a note tells you to look in the sauna) and take it off his workbench.
