Nancy Drew: The Haunted Carousel Hints
Anton Sukov
1 of 5: You don't know about this person until later in the game.
2 of 5: Anton Sukov is professor of Modern American Art at the University of Colorado. He is an expert on carousel horses, and in particular, the horses carved by the brilliant but mysterious Rolfe Kessler. Professor Sukov wrote an article about Kessler in a collector's magazine.
4 of 5: When you telephone Professor Sukov, he explains that:
1. A horse carved by Rolfe Kessler could be worth as much as one hundred thousand dollars, especially if it is the lead horse.
2. Each carousel has only one lead horse. The lead horse pulls the chariot -- the place you can sit instead of ride. It is also the most ornately carved horse on the carousel.
3. The black market certainly has buyers that would be interested in purchasing the horse stolen from the carousel at Captain's Cove Amusement Park.
5 of 5: You can telephone Professor Sukov whenever you need his expert opinion. On one call, he informs you that forgeries of carousel horses do indeed exist. Some forgers make several copies of the same horse.
