NiBiRu Hints

The Mansion (second visit) -- What else do I need to do before I can leave?

  • 1 of 16: You will need to open the safe.
  • 2 of 16: There are a couple of other clues you will need to find.  Be sure to do a careful examination of items around the room (both the front part where the body was found, and the back part by the bookcase).
  • 3 of 16: The first clue is an audible clue (of sorts).
  • 4 of 16: The other clue is a bit more complex to find.  First, look for items to pick up or interact with.
  • 5 of 16: Half of the clue is in the back part of the room.
  • 6 of 16: Did you notice the hourglass on the bookshelf to the right of the fireplace?
  • 7 of 16: If you click on the hourglass, Martin will turn it over.
  • 8 of 16: Wait until the sand runs out...
  • 9 of 16: ... then, look at the hourglass again.  Martin will pick it up and discover an item hidden inside.
  • 10 of 16: You'll need to think of a way to get the small key out of the hourglass.
  • 11 of 16: There isn't time to be gentle -- you'll have to break the hourglass.
  • 12 of 16: Look for something in your inventory that is tough enough to break glass.
  • 13 of 16: Use the knife on the hourglass to break it and obtain the key
  • 14 of 16: The key can be used on an item found in the front part of the room...
  • 15 of 16: ... on the desk.
  • 16 of 16: Take the small pyramid from the desk.  In the inventory, use the small key on the pyramid to open it.
