Can I get my henchmen back?
1 of 6: Talk to the Reaper about it.
2 of 6: The three possibilities are Valen, Nathyrra, and Deekin. Which of those you can get depends on how you finished Chapter 2.
3 of 6: Valen and Nathyrra will only be available if you stayed true to the Seer and didn't betray her and the rebels to the Valsharess.
4 of 6: Whether or not Deekin's available seems to depend on whether or not he was one of your henchmen during the big battle at the end of Chapter 2, though I have gotten him a couple of times without having him with me before.
5 of 6: Besides them, there's a surprising new henchman available in the City of Lost Souls.
6 of 6: NOTE: There's an odd glitch that makes most of your henchmen impossible to drop while you're inside the Reaper's gatehouse. However, all you have to do is exit to the City of Lost Souls, and you'll be able to drop them there.
