Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark Hints
Where can I buy and sell around here?
1 of 4: The Hellbreath Tavern is a good place to go for this. The dragon tavernkeeper has a store, and Rizolvir's ghost is there with a store and the usual weapon-upgrading options. (BUG NOTE: Rizolvir's ghost may cheat you the first time you ask for a weapon upgrade. If so, you'll want to either skip the upgrades, or buy a cheap one first so as to waste as little money as possible on the glitch.)
2 of 4: Gru'ul the Quarry Boss in the quarry office building has some of the most incredible items of all to sell, but you'll have to do a little quest to help him out first.
3 of 4: And don't forget the djinni in the bottle you picked up way back in Chapter 1. As usual, he's lousy to sell to, but he'll have some interesting new items that you can look through (though note that some of them are also sold by other merchants for less).
4 of 4: WARNING: There's a weird "djinni attack glitch" that I've noticed happening sometimes, especially later in the chapter. You summon the djinni like normal, but your henchmen automatically attack him! That causes him to fade out and deny you store services. You can always drop your henchmen temporarily, but I've been stuck in the situation where even my own character would attack the djinni unprovoked! Thankfully, he's not really all that important as a merchant. It's still a very annoying glitch, though.
