Neverwinter Nights Hints

Missing Guard

  • 1 of 9: Talk to Gate Captain Ergus to get this quest.
  • 2 of 9: Walters, the guard who's missing, is being held captive by the newly-undead Sword Coast Boys' leader.
  • 3 of 9: The Sword Coast Boys' HQ is the warehouse building that's in the northern section of the area.
  • 4 of 9: You'll have to fight your way through to the west side of the lower floor of the warehouse to find where Walters is being kept.
  • 5 of 9: Kill Drawl, the evil leader, then talk to Walters.
  • 6 of 9: Tell him to wait where he is until you can solve the undead infestation problem and make the streets safe again.
  • 7 of 9: Doing that is part of the "Beggar's Nest: Undead Infestation" quest, so go finish that before coming back here.
  • 8 of 9: Then just talk to Walters again and tell him it's safe to go, and the quest will done.
  • 9 of 9: You can check in with Ergus to make sure Walters made it back, but it's not necessary.
