Neverwinter Nights Hints

Beggar's Nest: Undead Infestation

  • 1 of 12: Talk to Halion near the Hall of Justice about the Beggar's Nest district to get this quest.
  • 2 of 12: As with all of these "four corners" quests, enter the region associated with it and talk to the gate captain first.
  • 3 of 12: Ergus will direct you to Harben Ashensmith in the Shining Serpent, and he will also give you an optional quest.
  • 4 of 12: The Shining Serpent Inn is a ways east of the gate, so go straight there.
  • 5 of 12: Find Harben Ashensmith inside and talk to him about things.
  • 6 of 12: He'll say to talk to Drake (who's in a nearby room), and to locate and quiz Krestal and Jemanie.
  • 7 of 12: Drake just gives you a bit more info, but Krestal and Jemanie are far more important since they can both set you on paths to the Great Graveyard, which you have to get into before you can reach the area with the escaped Waterdhavian creature.
  • 8 of 12: Once you're in the Great Graveyard, explore around to find the entrance to the area that the Waterdhavian is in.
  • 9 of 12: After you penetrate Gulnan's locked sanctum area, you need to defeat her and destroy her undead-generating gimmick.
  • 10 of 12: Once she's down, search the treasure bag she leaves behind to find another vital plague cure ingredient. Get that to Aribeth quickly!
  • 11 of 12: Also, go talk to Harben in the Shining Serpent to get a reward from him, too.
  • 12 of 12: When you have some time, you might want to return to the warrens and search the other rooms for some serious treasure, including the superb heavy armor called "Armor of Comfort."
