1 of 4: When you finish speaking to the Guardian, it'll give you a key that will open the north door in its room.
2 of 4: Past that door are entrances to the two castle towers -- Quint's and Karlat's.
3 of 4: You need to enter each tower and make your way to its southern end, where you'll find its resident Jhareg brother behind locked doors.
4 of 4: Force the doors open or find the key, then talk to the Jhareg brother about his testimony.
