Neverwinter Nights Hints
Bounty Hunt
of 12: Talk to Kendrack in his barracks to get this quest.
of 12: He'll pay you to hunt down and kill five escaped outlaws.
of 12: Each one is in a different area, so you'll have to hunt down each one separately.
of 12: Once you turn in ears for everyone except Yesgar, Kendrack will say that Yesgar kidnapped his daughter and hid in the Port Llast Mines.
of 12: Kendrack also gives you a key that you can use to open the door that's just inside the mines, so go there (in the North Road area) and use it.
of 12: Once past the locked door, make your way around to the SE room, fighting orcs the whole way.
of 12: After you kill Yesgar (which is, as with all these convicts, the best option), get his ear and key.
of 12: The key unlocks the SE door in the room.
of 12: NOTE: There's a duplicate key in a nearby chest that you can use if you decide to let Yesgar go.
of 12: Release Shaldrissa from the cage Yesgar put her in and talk to her.
of 12: After she leaves, you can return to Kendrack to claim your final reward for this quest and be done with it.
of 12: NOTE: On rare occasions, Shaldrissa will be hostile when you release her, forcing you to kill her. When you do, you'll find a journal in her treasure bag that will reveal why. Unfortunately, you'll get no reward from Kendrack in this situation, so it's always best to save before going after Yesgar so you can restore if this happens.
