How could I negotiate with Klauth instead of fighting him?
1 of 6: He starts out being friendly, so talk to him.
2 of 6: When you ask him about the Word of Power, he'll say that he'd hoped it could help prolong his life, but that it didn't work out.
3 of 6: He's come up with the alternative of stealing dragon eggs and putting them through some foul ritual in order to create essence spheres that can prolong his life.
4 of 6: His hill giant cronies haven't been successful in stealing Gorgotha or Akulatraxas' eggs, so Klauth would like you to do so.
5 of 6: Bring him either set of dragon eggs to get the key to the nearby treasure room.
6 of 6: NOTE: For some extra gold, you could make Klauth a good dragon essence sphere. It'll strengthen him, but what do you care if you're not going to fight him? (See following link for essence sphere info.)
