1 of 4: This tome is in Karlat's Chambers in Castle Jhareg.
2 of 4: That's accessible via the village of Charwood, which is a ways past the South Road area.
3 of 4: The Imaskarran Tome of Fire is on a glowing bookshelf in the SW part of Karlat's Chambers.
