Neverwinter Nights Hints
How can I defeat the three indestructible golems?
of 9: The golems were made to be perfectly invincible by the magic of the ancient Creator Race.
of 9: You'll have to find a way to introduce a flaw into the golems so that they can be injured in combat.
of 9: Since they were finished 10,000 years ago, you're clearly going to have to hurry up and invent time travel so you can go back in time and mess 'em up.
of 9: Fortunately, there's a local time travel gimmick that you can use. Talk to Sapphira in the garden area to get started on that.
of 9: In the ruins of the past, you need to find the slave in each of the three golem rooms and convince him to introduce a fatal flaw into each golem when he finishes it.
of 9: It's easier to convince the slaves to cooperate if you have Lokar's ring. Go talk to Lokar in the NE corner room to get it.
of 9: Talk to each slave and have him put your favorite flaw in each golem. (For example, have them make the golems all vulnerable to slashing and piercing weapons if your character is an axe-wielding barbarian.)
of 9: Once all three golems are set to be flawed, you're through here and can use either of the sun dials to return to the present time.
of 9: Now you can attack the Old One golems with the type of weapon or spell that exploits their fatal flaw and finish them off.
