Devouring Note
1 of 3: If you have the Devour Soul feat, you can use it during your conversation with Jerro to get some spirit energy.
2 of 3: Also, he'll leave behind a remains bag with a Greater Amulet of Health, a scimitar called The Forsaken Path, a Cloak of Blackflame, and a Ring of Elemental Resistance.
3 of 3: If you let him join you, you can devour him later by talking to him and choosing the Devour Soul option, but all you'll get for it is spirit energy -- he won't leave any remains for you to raid.
