Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer Hints
Legacy of the Headmistress
of 12: You get this quest when you finish "Passage to Thay."
of 12: Master Djafi will give you Bracers of Artifice, which make a nice replacement for Safiya's old Bracers of Armor +6.
of 12: Go through the entire classroom area, looking for combat, loot, and optional quests.
of 12: When you're done with the optionals, find the door that leads to the Headmistress' Tower in either the classroom area or the instructors' quarters.
of 12: In the tower area, click on the locked door near the NE corner to get the "Four Failed Souls" quest.
of 12: After finishing it, loot the dead instructors' remains and go through the portal that's past the newly opened door.
of 12: In the boneyard, move around to where Sarduris and several other knights of the "undying dragon" are hanging around.
of 12: After talking to Sarduris, walk up the giant spine near him to reach a point where you can click on the huge interactive skull.
of 12: You'll get a long conversation cut-scene in which Myrkul explains many things, including the origin of the spirit-eater.
of 12: After you're through talking to him, you can choose a dialogue option to devour his spirit, or you can just skip that and move on.
of 12: Find the portal that Myrkul opened a bit east of his knights and go through it to start on Act III, Part 1: The Betrayer's Gate, where this quest will continue.
