2 of 20: You've been teleported to a dreamscape version of Crossroad Keep, along with whichever follower you have the most influence with.
3 of 20: After you talk to the red woman spirit, your task will be to help the spirit versions of your old NWN2 companions kill off Akachi's manifestations of hunger.
4 of 20: The companion spirits are really manifestations of your soul, and each one that dies will drain your spirit energy, which is something you'll need to keep as high as possible. (At least you start out with 100 spirit energy, no matter how much you came in with.)
5 of 20: After the manifestations are all dead, go east to the keep doors to find a "faceless man" spirit that you need to fight.
6 of 20: Defeat him, then go through the keep's open doors to get to a West Harbor dreamscape.
7 of 20: Again, you'll need to quickly kill off manifestations of hunger before they can drain your spirit energy by killing friendly spirits.
8 of 20: It'll probably be impossible to save all of the friendly spirits in this area, so just run around and distract as many manifestations of hunger as you can.
9 of 20: After they're down, head to the west to find a couple more manifestations of hunger to kill, followed by another "faceless man" spirit.
10 of 20: Hit him with ranged attacks for as long as you can, then close to melee and finish him off.
11 of 20: When you do, the Red Woman spirit will appear and tell you about the two major options you'll have after you defeat Akachi's "faceless man" form for the third and final time.
12 of 20: Also, if you got all three of the mask fragments before, a boy will appear and reunite them into the Mask of the Betrayer.
13 of 20: After the conversation is over, find the nearby portal and go through it after saving your game.
15 of 20: After he finally goes down, a dialogue window should pop up. If it doesn't, right click on Akachi and choose to talk to him.
16 of 20: You'll have to decide whether to cast him out of your soul (thereby opening up the possibility that he'll be able to grab onto another soul later) or bind him within your soul (so neither you nor he can ever leave the City of Judgment).
17 of 20: If you cast him out, attack the "faceless man" form one more time to kill him for good and be free of the spirit-eater curse. (You can also pick up his scythe from his remains bag.)
18 of 20: If you bind him within you, the pillars will start up a pretty light show.
19 of 20: NOTE: If you reunited the Mask of the Betrayer, you won't get the option to bind Akachi within you -- you'll instead get to use the mask to free both him and yourself.
20 of 20: In any case, go through the nearby portal to get a final conversation cut-scene, followed by the endgame cut-scene.
