1 of 3: You can get here by using the portal in the Sloop's SE "suite" room.
2 of 3: The main thing that's here is the Shadowmaster camp, which has to do with the "A Nest of Thieves and Spies" quest.
3 of 3: After you finish those guys off, look a bit north of their camp to find a dirt mound with some gold and magic scrolls in it.
