City Watch Undercover
1 of 10: To get this quest, go talk to Captain Brelaina in the City Watch HQ building in the Merchant Quarter. (If you took the Shadow Thieves route back in Act I, Part 3, you'll have to do the "Arms Deal" quest instead of this one.)
2 of 10: Go to the Blacklake District and search the area map for a pin labeled "Empty Estate."
3 of 10: You'll find it very close to the world map transition point.
4 of 10: Enter through the estate's now-unlocked door and talk to one of the undercover watchmen inside.
5 of 10: When you say you're ready, you'll be taken in to talk to Limm, the Shadow Thieves' representative.
6 of 10: During the conversation, be careful not to choose any skill-related options for skills that you don't have a lot of points in.
7 of 10: At the end of the conversation, when the trade is to take place, Limm will decide whether he trusts you or not.
8 of 10: If he does, you'll get 7500 gold and 300 XP before you have to fight all the thieves. Otherwise, you'll jump straight to the fight.
9 of 10: After they're all dead, be sure to loot their remains for magical goods, including a Dagger +3 and Rogue Links armor.
10 of 10: There's nothing else to loot in the empty estate (it takes its empty status very seriously), so exit it and report back to Brelaina to get 1000 XP.
