Elgun's Tale
1 of 6: Talk to Elgun in Port Llast's Alliance Arms Inn to get this quest.
2 of 6: Sand suggests you ask around town about Elgun's tall tale to see if you can cut it down to size.
3 of 6: Specifically, you need to talk to Malin, Alaine, and Haljal Throndor.
4 of 6: Malin is standing near the inn's fireplace, Haljal is at the area map pin labeled "The Cracked Anvil," and Alaine is in protective custody in the garrison building.
5 of 6: See the hints for the "The Trial" quest for more on getting in to talk to Alaine.
6 of 6: After you talk to all three of those people, talk to Elgun again to get him to admit that he was never in Ember, which is worth 500 XP to you.
