Edario
1 of 11: He's the armorsmith in Highcliff.
2 of 11: Talk to him after you have the smithy built at the keep to see if he'd be willing to move there.
3 of 11: He'd like to, but he won't until you have a good miner on hand to get ore for him to work with.
4 of 11: You'll need to recruit either Pentin or Calindra (or both) first.
5 of 11: Then talk to Edario again to get him to move to the keep and set up shop just outside the smithy building.
6 of 11: He's the usual sort of keep merchant, meaning he has lots of expensive stuff to sell, and will pay up to 20,000 gold for any single item.
7 of 11: You can also ask him about upgrading your Graycloaks' armor, but he won't be able to do anything about it until you get some miners to mine you some ore.
8 of 11: See Pentin's info to learn how to recruit some miners and get them to mine ore for you.
9 of 11: After that's done, talk to Edario about the Graycloak armor and pay him to upgrade it to the next level.
10 of 11: When you pay him to do an upgrade, he'll walk off, so exit and reenter the courtyard area to get him back.
11 of 11: There are four armor upgrade options, each more expensive than the last, that you can purchase if you've had enough ore mined.
