Reach the Vale of Merdelain
1 of 5: Go talk to Aldanon in the keep to hear what his current ideas on reaching the vale are.
2 of 5: He'll say that if he had the Tome of Iltkazar, he could create a portal that led directly into the vale.
3 of 5: You won't have a chance to get the tome until you find the third shadow reaver in the "Stop the Shadow Reavers" quest.
4 of 5: Jerro will hand you the tome after that battle is over, and you can get another one from the shadow reaver's corpse.
