The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints

Reflect Spell

  • 1 of 10: Reflect Spell is even better than Resist Magic because not only are you not affected by a reflected spell, but the spell has a chance of affecting its caster. Note that your Reflect Spell effect won't help if a spell or weapon enchantment of yours is reflected back at you.
  • 2 of 10: The Mundane Ring has a 35% Reflect Spell effect on it. See the Resist Magic item list for details on how to get it.
  • 3 of 10: The Spell Breaker shield from Peryite's Daedric Shrine Quest has a 30% Reflect Spell effect.
  • 4 of 10: The Ring of Sunfire that's your reward for the Imperial City misc. quest "Order of the Virtuous Blood" can have a 25% Reflect Spell effect, but only if you're level 25 or higher when you get it.
  • 5 of 10: The Ayleid Crown of Nenalata that you can get on the Imperial City misc. quest "Secrets of the Ayleids" will have a 25% Reflect Spell effect on it if you're at least level 25 when you get it.
  • 6 of 10: If you have the Shivering Isles expansion installed and do the "To Help A Hero" quest, you'll get a Thorn Shield that will have a 22% Reflect Spell if you're level 30 or above.
  • 7 of 10: If you have the "Mehrunes' Razor" DLC module installed, you can get the Spellturn Cloak from Frathen Drothan. It'll have a 15% Reflect Spell on it if you're level 20 or higher when you get it.
  • 8 of 10: If you do the Shivering Isles misc. quest "Everything In Its Place," you'll get the Ring of Mind Shielding, which will have a 12% Reflect Spell effect for level 25 and higher characters.
  • 9 of 10: The Ring of Namira from Namira's Daedric Shrine Quest has a 10% Reflect Spell on it.
  • 10 of 10: The rest of the Reflect Spell items are all random and leveled with no sure way of getting them.
