Fast Travel Notes
1 of 2: If you're off somewhere and want to ride your horse, but he isn't around, bring up the world map and fast-travel to the nearest discovered location (even if it's where you already are).
2 of 2: That'll get your horse to appear right next to you, provided he's alive and hasn't abandoned you (see the Runaway Notes).
