Combat Tips
1 of 3: They usually all appear at the same time, so you might want to retreat up the stairs as you fight them to keep them from all hitting you at once.
2 of 3: You can also go outside through the back door to hopefully get some of them to follow you and get interested in hacking up other people. That way you can attack them from behind and/or get guards to attack them.
3 of 3: Actually, the three bandits will appear on the walkway just outside the store's front door right after you talk to Lelles about the break-ins, no matter what time of day it is. Instead of waiting for them to enter the store, go use a Frenzy spell on them so they'll start fighting the guards. (See the Spellmaking Tips if you need to know how to make a good Frenzy spell.)
