The Unfortunate Shopkeeper
1 of 9: You have to be an Apprentice in the guild to get this quest. Talk to Azzan about "Advancement" after completing his "A Rat Problem" quest to get promoted.
2 of 9: Talk to Azzan about "Contract" and "Norbert Lelles" to learn that the shopkeeper by that name is having a problem with break-ins.
3 of 9: Go through the Anvil dock gate and a short way east to find Lelles' store.
4 of 9: Go inside and talk to Norbert Lelles about the break-ins. (Use the store's back door if its front door is locked.)
5 of 9: He'll go to the nearby Flowing Bowl tavern and leave you alone in the store.
6 of 9: Do a little looting of your own if you like, then wait around for the thieves to show up.
7 of 9: They'll arrive at night, usually after 11 pm.
8 of 9: They'll all come in the front door, so be ready for them.
