How can I get one of those gates open?
1 of 7: You'd need a key.
2 of 7: But there's an easier way than pickpocketing a key from a mercenary.
3 of 7: Hide somewhere in the locked gate area until a patrolling mercenary goes by and moves into the tunnel area you came in through.
4 of 7: As soon as she goes by, sneak down the way she came (the NW tunnel) until you can hear two other mercs talking to each other about Roderick's condition.
5 of 7: NOTE: If the patroller doesn't come past your area soon, you might want to try sneaking down to where the other two will start talking, but save your game first!
6 of 7: As soon as you hear them start talking, sneak back into the side area and wait in the SW treasure niche.
7 of 7: When they're through talking, they'll come into your area, open the NE gate, and go through it.
