  • 1 of 6: Talk to Ocheeva about "Contract" to get this quest.
  • 2 of 6: You're to use a special arrow called "Rose of Sithis" to give a nice little send-off to a retired Legionnaire who's caused the Dark Brotherhood a lot of trouble over the years.
  • 3 of 6: Fast-travel to Leyawiin and use the quest target marker on your local map to find Adamus Phillida.
  • 4 of 6: Once you've got Phillida's finger and cleared up any bounty on you, head for the Imperial City's Prison District to plant the finger in the right place to get this contract's bonus.
  • 5 of 6: After you sneakily place the finger or give up on doing so, report to Ocheeva to finish the quest.
  • 6 of 6: If you did place the finger unseen, you'll get the bonus reward of 500 extra gold.
