Amelion's Debt
1 of 7: To get this quest, talk to gro-Khash about "Contract" after finishing Modryn Oreyn's first two quests and getting promoted to Swordsman.
2 of 7: Travel to Water's Edge (location 7 on the Blackwood map) and find Biene Amelion in her home.
3 of 7: Talk to her about "Debt" to learn that she's planning to sell certain pieces of her grandfather's old armor to raise money to pay off her father's 1000-gold gambling debt.
4 of 7: When you ask about "Sword and Armor," you can give her 1000 gold to pay off her debt if you have that much. That way you can skip the tomb raiding and go straight back to gro-Khash.
5 of 7: Or you can ask where the sword and armor are to get the tomb marked on your world map.
6 of 7: It's the Amelion Tomb (location 15 on the Blackwood map), so head over there and see about finding the enchanted sword and cuirass.
