The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Where are those items in the tomb?
1 of 6: They're in the second tomb section, called "Sarcophagus Chamber."
2 of 6: In the first tomb section, you can find Brusef Amelion's gauntlets on the ground right next to a falling rock trap and his boots behind a locked coffin at the south end of the passage a bit east of that, but neither of those is what you're after (though you can pick them up and keep them).
3 of 6: In the passage just east of the one with the boots and locked coffin, use the pull rope to open a secret "door" in the east wall.
4 of 6: Moving along, you'll find Amelion's shield behind a broken crate in the very SE corner of the area, then you'll come to a door to the Sarcophagus Chamber.
5 of 6: It's a small and simple area, and you should have no trouble finding Brusef Amelion's sword and cuirass in the stone sarcophagus room. (Note that his greaves are in the NE corner of the same room.)
6 of 6: Leave via the door just north of the sarco room in order to get back to the tomb's exit much quicker (and to get Amelion's helmet from the ground near the treasure chest).
