But how do I open the Varla stone cages?
1 of 6: In the Haelia Anga region, you need to get to the northern-most door that leads back to the Haelia Dagon area.
2 of 6: If you entered Haelia Anga through the lowest door in Haelia Dagon, you'll need to get up on the upper walkway and jump over the railing into the large room below, then find the stairs in the NW corner.
3 of 6: After you're back in Haelia Dagon, move forward to come to the other closed iron gate you noticed earlier.
4 of 6: It'll open up automatically, but don't go through it yet -- look around for another push block first.
5 of 6: There's one in the wall just to the NE.
6 of 6: Push it, then go through the newly opened gate to reach the chamber with the Varla stone cages, which are now raised.
