How can I get that gate open?
1 of 4: Go back south and then through the east gate door.
2 of 4: Go up the stairs and along the passage, looking for a large wheel mechanism.
3 of 4: You'll find one next to the north wall of the room past a gate door.
4 of 4: Use the wheel, then go through the other nearby gate door and drop down to the lower floor to find yourself near the newly opened gate.
